At Lash Code Supplies, we take pride in providing high-quality professional lash products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we kindly ask customers to read our policy carefully before purchasing.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing checkout.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@lashcodesupplies.com.au.

To assist with your claim, please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item/s
- Photos of any damage to packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including but not limited to:

Lash trays
Adhesives
Tweezers
Lash shampoos
Disposable products
Accessories

Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be considered for any approved return.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Lash Code Supplies is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once handed to the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details entered at checkout are correct.

SALE ITEMS

Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or failure as outlined under Australian Consumer Law.
