We are committed to ensuring your order is packed and shipped with care. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 11:00am AEST Monday–Friday will typically be packed and dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 11:00am AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, restocks, sales periods, or high-volume events, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Estimated shipping timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on location and postal demand.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Lash Code Supplies is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once parcels have been handed to the shipping carrier, Lash Code Supplies is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or damages that occur during transit.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

By placing an order, you authorise the shipping carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place if available.

Lash Code Supplies is not responsible for stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available at this time.
